Our driveway had extreme rust stains from a previous owners golf cart. Stuart was able to completely remove them. He came to our home on time and was a pleasure to deal with. We recently had our gutters cleaned, and a soft washing of our lanai, pool enclosure and screens, soffits, front walk, and a side door into the garage. The quality of the work was excellent, the service was professional, courteous and attentive to plants, ceiling fan, etc., and the price was very reasonable. He explained to me what was going on with the discoloration on my concrete and that it was actually living Organisms/Mold. Not only did he pressure wash the concrete, but he used several things to break down this lichen to get rid of it. Eventually, I expect that it may come back, but it will take probably six or seven years from now before it does! Everything looks very bright and clean now! He kept me informed throughout the process as to what he was doing and what was going on, and I appreciated that a lot.
